I saw them in Microcenter,  and I decided to buy them. Only $40, and they claimed to be surround sound and noise canceling, which sounded like a great deal to me. So, I picked them up. They sound great, with very clear bass. Unfortunately, they&#8217;re on-ear, not around-ear, but it isn&#8217;t as bad as I thought it would be&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hearotto.com\/skins\/Skin_1\/Images\/Products\/OT-4\/img_product.jpg\" title=\"The OTTO OT-4\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hearotto.com\/skins\/Skin_1\/Images\/Products\/OT-4\/img_product.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, the SRS does not work. I put in a AAA battery, but when I flip it on, the left ear goes completely silent, and the right ear barely changes at all.
